We offer free international shipping on all orders! Customs clearance costs are on us too, so you don’t have to pay!
We will deliver your sex toy to your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
A tracking number will be provided once the item is ready to ship(Tracking number will send to you by email). You will be able to track your product at every step during the transit.
We partner with FedEx, DHL and USPS to professionally handle all deliveries of our products to your door.
Prior to the actual delivery of your item, we will contact you via email with the tracking number so you can see the progress of your delivery. Please check your email inbox regularly to keep up with the latest information.
If the package is lost during the shipping delivery process, please contact us and we will resend a replacement.
Except for a few countries and regions where our products are prohibited by law, we can deliver in most major countries around the world. Please make sure that the sex dolls are legal in your country or region before purchasing..
By default, the sex doll will be shipped to the address you provided when placing the order. However, you could also require the special delivery instruction:

The following procedure will take place after you place the order:
- An order confirmation will be email to you after we receive the payment.
- We start to prepare your product
- Once the product is ready, we will send you photos so you can confirm everything looks as it should.
- After confirmation, we will ship the product and provide you with the tracking number. You can check the shipping status with the tracking number.
- The product will be delivered to your home or any location that’s suitable for you.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the doll is damaged during delivery, we will send new component or a new doll as replacement. We cannot replace the product if the damages are incurred by the customer. However, we can supply instructional videos and tools for you to do the repair.
Please do not attempt to return your product without contacting us first, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and receive a Return Number (RMA#) along with the proper address to return the items to. We will require your Name, Order Number and reason for the return request.
Please note, as part of the return process, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
