When ordering products from our website, it is your responsibility to choose the correct item(s). By making a purchase from us you are confirming that you fully understand all the terms and conditions stated here and also agree to all terms and conditions.


Order cancelation is only possible with the first 48 hours. The product maybe ready for shipment after 48 hours, and you cannot cancel the order afterward.

For a refund, we will return the amount back to your original payment method.

If you paid by credit card, the amount will be returned directly to the same card that was originally used. The same applies to all other payment methods.

However, to refund your entire amount, orders take less than an hour, a transaction fee is already generated when paying by PayPal or credit card. You will have to contact your credit card company or PayPal to obtain a refund for the transaction fee.

Customer satisfaction is the first goal of our service.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the doll is damaged during delivery, we will send new component or a new doll as replacement. We cannot replace the product if the damages are incurred by the customer. However, we can supply instructional videos and tools for you to do the repair.

Please do not attempt to return your product without contacting us first, you can email us at and receive a Return Number (RMA#) along with the proper address to return the items to. We will require your Name, Order Number and reason for the return request.

Please note, as part of the return process, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
